The achievement finally popped when I was running down to the river. I got this achievement on a playthrough where I collected all stars, dug up every light pillar, and uncovered every secret item.

It's hard to to on your own, I found that I had found the right spot most times, but didn't dig in the exact spot. These were pretty hard to find on my own, and I definitely had assistance from others. Simply dig up all of the spots that have the light pillars.
This achievement is straight forward and hard to miss. Simply dig up an item at any of the light pillars for the first time. The first level is slightly different from when the video was made, but still has the same amount of stars to be collected. I have another guide that shows how you can collect all 150 Stars. These achievements all include the collection of something within the game.
